Fabian Weiß began their work experience as a Web-Entwickler in 2020. Fabian then joined egocentric Systems in 2021 as a Frontend Developer, where they worked from August to November. In December 2021, Fabian Weiß started working as a Frontend Developer at VLYBY.

Fabian Weiß obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from DEKRA Hochschule für Medien, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Subsequently, they pursued further education at Tilburg University, where they earned their Master of Science degree in Communication and Information Sciences between 2017 and 2019.
