Paul Fair is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as Head of Asset Assurance Services at V/Line since March 2014, where previous roles included Head of Project Engineering & Design and Acting General Manager. Paul Fair's tenure at John Holland spanned from September 2011 to March 2014, with significant contributions as Senior Project Engineer on the $120 million BHPBIO Ballast & Track Remediation Project and as Project Manager on the Eastern Goldfield Railway upgrades. Additional experience includes a role as Project Manager at Balfour Beatty Rail and education credentials that feature a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland and a Project Management qualification from the Australian Major Projects Leadership Academy at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Paul Fair is also a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management.
