Padmaja M is an experienced Solutions Architect and Senior Project Manager at VLEC Communications Inc. since August 2012, with a focus on project planning, issue management, risk assessment, and the management of cross-functional Service Delivery technical teams. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, managing project scope changes, and collaborating with sales teams. Prior to VLEC Communications, Padmaja held managerial and project management roles at Dice Technologies, Inc. and GATECTS Corporation, and served as a consultant at I Q International. Padmaja holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Gujarat University.
