Matthew Pavlich is the Co-Founder and Director of VLAST. Matthew has a long and successful history in various companies, most notably Kia Motors Australia Pty Ltd, Nine Entertainment Co., PMY. Group, and Frasers Property Australia. Matthew has held the position of Brand Ambassador for Crown Resorts and Woodside Energy, and Media Presenter for NOVA Entertainment. Matthew is also the former President of the AFLPA.

Matthew Pavlich has a Master's degree in Business Administration from The University of Western Australia. Matthew also has a Science degree in Exercise, Health Science from The University of Western Australia. Matthew completed their SACE (Year 12) at Sacred Heart College, SA.
