Bart Candaele serves as Afdelingshoofd at Agentschap Innoveren & Ondernemen since June 2016, focusing on the Vlaio Netwerk. Previously, Bart held multiple leadership positions at Agentschap Ondernemen from October 2001 to December 2015, including waarnemend administrateur-generaal and Diensthoofd of Strategy and Financing. Additionally, Bart worked as Adjunct van de directeur in the Dienst Ruimtelijke Economie and as a Redactiemedewerker at De Standaard from 1998 to October 2012. Bart Candaele holds a Master's degree in Publiek Recht from the University of Antwerp (2005-2010) and a Licentiaat in Geschiedenis from Ghent University (1996-2001).
