Bart Cober is an experienced program manager currently working at Digitaal Vlaanderen since September 2021. Prior to this role, Bart Cober spent over two decades at Proximus, where responsibilities included serving as a service delivery manager and customer infrastructure manager for the Vlaamse overheid, along with expertise in ATM network deployment, troubleshooting, and consultancy for various notable clients such as Electrabel, RTL/TVI, Canal+, Mercator, Huntsman, and Irisnet. Bart Cober holds a degree in industrial engineering from Hogeschool PXL, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
