Jason Radford is a seasoned marketing professional with diverse experience in community management and customer advocacy. Currently serving as a Senior Community Manager at Vizlib and a member of the Customer Marketing Alliance since March 2023, Jason has a rich background in customer engagement roles, including a tenure at Talend as Senior Manager of Customer Advocacy for EMEA and as Senior Community Program Manager for EMEA and APAC. Previous roles include positions at VerseOne as Senior Marketing & Communications Executive and at Guess2Give as Marketing Executive. Jason's career began in finance as an Accounts Assistant at Hill House Interiors. Jason holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Portsmouth and has furthered professional development through education at the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
