Jessica Mead has been working in accounting and human resources for over ten years. Jessica began their career as an assistant kitchen manager at Sweet! By Holly, a small bakery in Florida. After three years, they transitioned to 5-Star Staffing Solutions as a senior payroll analyst and HR administrator. In this role, Jessica was responsible for processing payroll for the staffing agency, managing accounts receivables, and training employees on the electronic timekeeping system. Jessica also assisted in creating and implementing new processes and procedures for onboarding new employees.

In November 2019, Jessica left 5-Star Staffing Solutions to join The Parts House as a human resources payroll administrator. In this role, they were responsible for collecting time sheets, processing weekly payroll, and entering new employees into the payroll system. Jessica also updated employee information, processed E-Verify, and submitted new hires to the State of Florida. Jessica left The Parts House in September 2021 to join Vizergy as an accounting specialist.

Jessica Mead has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Florida International University, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Patisserie and Baking from arts and technology Jobs, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Seminole State College of Florida.
