Erin Konkol, CIC, CISR, has extensive experience in client service and risk management, currently serving as a Client Service Advisor and Risk Management Team Leader at Vizance since June 2013. In this role, Erin is responsible for renewal marketing for a Middle Market book of business and ensuring the accuracy of insurance policies and coverage. Prior to this, Erin held the position of Select Account Consultant, overseeing the new marketing and renewal processes for the Select Accounts book. Erin's career includes valuable experience at Integrated Risk Solutions as a Technical Assistant-Service and Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities included daily account servicing and client relations, as well as a foundational role at Arrow Financial Services as an Account Representative Assistant. Erin holds a BA in Journalism and Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
