Srividhya Sridhar is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Head Legal at Vivriti Capital since September 2023. Prior to this role, Srividhya held various significant positions, including Deputy Vice President at Tata Capital from May 2016 to September 2023, and Deputy Chief Manager (Legal- Risk) at Aditya Birla Finance Limited from August 2014 to May 2016. Earlier in the career, Srividhya served as Senior Legal Manager at IndusInd Bank from June 2011 to June 2014 and as Legal Specialist at IDBI Trusteeship Services Ltd from July 2007 to June 2011. Srividhya holds an LLB degree in Government Law, Property Law, and International Law from Mumbai University, where studies were completed between 1993 and 2003. Additionally, Srividhya possesses an HSC degree in LLB from Mumbai University and an educational background in Maharashtra State.
