Jonathan Hilmer has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Recruiting Consultant at Vivos Holdings since October 2024. Prior to this role, Jonathan held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Winland Foods for nearly 16 years, managing a wide range of recruiting efforts, emphasizing quality of hire, cultural fit, and diversity. Jonathan’s prior positions include Senior Staffing Consultant roles in various consulting firms and at Wachovia Securities, where emphasis was placed on cost-per-hire and time-to-fill metrics. Jonathan has successfully managed staffing processes at both national and international levels, demonstrating a strong ability to partner with various business units and improve hiring processes. Jonathan's early career included teaching at Metro East Lutheran High School and holding leadership roles in staffing and recruitment within organizations such as MasterCard International and Snelling Staffing Services. Jonathan earned a B.A. in History and Psychology from Concordia University Chicago.
