Gaotlolwe Stephen Busang is a seasoned professional in the mining and commercial sectors with extensive experience at Vivo Energy Botswana, serving as Mining Team Lead since September 2018 and as Commercial Business Manager for Mining and Construction since May 2013. Under Busang's leadership, Vivo Energy Botswana has achieved significant growth in the mining business, surpassing 75% in both volume and profitability, and establishing itself as the leading supplier in the sector within Botswana. Prior roles include Commercial Field Manager at Shell Oil Botswana and Operations Manager at Tosas Botswana, where responsibilities encompassed account management, technical advice, product quality control, and new business development. Busang holds a Highway Engineering Technical Diploma from the Roads Training Centre and further education from IMM Graduate School from 2006 to 2008.
