Mark Winters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in board memberships at Vivifi Medical, CPAP.com, and VenoStent, Inc., along with a role as Managing Partner at BriteOak and Adviser at Baylor New Ventures. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace from Texas A&M University, obtained between 1983 and 1987, and an Executive Master of Business Administration in International Business and Finance from the University of Houston's C.T. Bauer College of Business, completed from 1997 to 1999.
