Allie Janssen, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Supervisor at Vivie, following the rebranding of Knute Nelson Walker Methodist in October 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Knute Nelson where Allie advanced from Human Resources Specialist to Human Resources Supervisor from January 2019 to October 2024. Previous positions include Human Resources Specialist and Payroll Administrator at American Solutions for Business, as well as a Human Resources Intern at Knute Nelson. Allie's early career features a management role at Arrowwood Resort & Conference Center, where strategic initiatives in recruitment and training improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Allie began a professional journey with a Human Resource Management degree from the University of North Dakota, complemented by experiences as a Student Ambassador and Office Assistant.
