Sheriff Tijani, PSM/SAFe, has a diverse work experience in the field of agile delivery and project management. Sheriff currently works as an Agile Delivery Lead at Vivid Seats, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, Tijani served as a Principal Associate - Agile Delivery Lead at Capital One from September 2022 to August 2023.

Before joining Capital One, Tijani worked as a DevOps Scrum Master at AbbVie from March 2022 to September 2022. Sheriff also held the role of an IT Scrum Master at FedEx from January 2020 to March 2022.

Tijani began their career at Concept Group, where they worked from May 2014 to December 2019. During their time at Concept Group, they held various positions, including Scrum Master/Project Manager - Legal and Risk Assessment Executive from January 2016 to December 2019, and Legal Compliance Executive from May 2014 to December 2015.

Sheriff Tijani, PSM/SAFe, obtained a Masters degree in International Relations and Affairs (Information Technology and Globalization) from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 2020 and 2021. Additionally, Sheriff has obtained several certifications, including Agile Team Facilitation from ICAgile in February 2023, Automation Specialist for SAP from Tricentis, Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org, Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC) from Scaled Agile, Inc., and qtest Specialist Level from Tricentis.
