Rob Klappe is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in management roles across the food production and logistics sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Vivera since January 2019, Rob has also held various positions within the company, including Production Manager and Manager of Packaging & Logistics. Prior to Vivera, Rob worked as Productie Manager at Profish Food B.V. and Marine Harvest Sterk, and gained foundational leadership experience at Albert Heijn Logistics and Albert Heijn Groentecentrale. Rob holds a Positief Management Assessment from Korn/Ferry International and has educational qualifications in management and vocational training.
