Heloína Marthinelle is currently serving as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Viveo since November 2020, focusing on people management. Previously, Heloína worked at Elmo Calçados S/A from January 2010 to October 2020, initially as an Analista de Recursos Humanos involved in recruitment and selection processes, and later as an Analista de Treinamento, where responsibilities included assessing training needs and implementing programs such as Trainee and PDL. Earlier career experiences include internships in Human Resources at Banco Bonsucesso and Buffet Célia Soutto Mayor. Heloína holds a degree in Psychology with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Centro Universitário Newton Paiva, completed in 2010.
