Martha Schlicher is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the AgriFoodTech and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Impetus Agriculture, Inc. and Plastomics, Martha holds significant leadership roles, including Chair of the Board of Directors at Solis Agrosciences and serving on the Board of Directors for Vive Crop Protection. With a background in research and development from Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and sustainability engagement at Monsanto, Martha has contributed to multiple organizations focused on innovation and sustainable practices. Martha earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a BS in Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington.
