Leo Heldens serves as the Chair of the Internal Objections Committee and the Employee Complaints Committee at Vivantes Zorggroep since January 2020. Additionally, Leo is a member of the complaints committee for UniK B.V. and the Independent Complaint and Objection Committee for VenloSupport. Leo has also initiated a community project through Coöperatie Villa Romana and is actively involved in several regional complaint committees related to healthcare. As the owner of Bureau IKVA, a network organization providing specialized advice and support, Leo brings extensive experience in mediation, certified as an ADR International Associate Certified Mediator. Leo's educational background includes studies at multiple institutions, enhancing expertise in social and healthcare fields.
