Toby N. has a diverse range of work experience, beginning in 2015 with a role as Customer Service Staff at The Hop Farm (Kent Entertainment Ltd). In this role, Toby was responsible for front of house staff on the catering team and managing a busy outlet singlehandedly. In 2015, Toby also volunteered in Borneo, working on social and environmental projects and gaining experience in team-working and fundraising. In 2020, Toby worked as an Operations and Logistics Intern at Stay U-nique, where they developed key business skills such as guest communications in both English and Spanish, managing the customer journey on third-party platforms, and planning and problem solving for different teams.
