Martina Chinetti has held a variety of roles in the finance and operations sector since 2012. In 2012, they began as an Assistant Manager at YAMP S.A., where they were responsible for auditing stores, providing accounting oversight, payment analysis, bank reconciliations, recruiting processes, marketing and planning of events. In 2015, they moved to Lakaut as a Tax Analyst, where they were responsible for tax control and management, bank reconciliations and fiscal year-end statements. In 2017, they joined Rapsodia as a Retail Collections Analyst and Customer Operations, where they conducted customer support operations for payment issues and trained new analysts. In 2019, they started at OpenTable as a Customer Support Representative, providing support to customers and answering complex questions on function and usage of products via telephone, email, and internet. Finally, in 2021, they joined Vivacity Labs as a Finance Operations Assistant, with a vision to make cities smarter, safer and more sustainable.

Martina Chinetti obtained a High School Degree in Social Sciences from St Brendan's College between 2004 and 2008. Martina then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the University of Buenos Aires between 2009 and 2012. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' between 2012 and 2018.
