Angelo Hines is an experienced IT professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Troy University and an Associate's degree from Lawson State Community College. Currently serving as a System Support Specialist II at VIVA HEALTH since April 2019, Angelo has a strong background in technical support, having previously held positions such as Desktop Support Analyst at PangeaTwo and IT Instructor at Pinson Valley High School. Angelo's extensive experience also includes a long tenure as an Electronic Technician at AT&T, where skills in hardware and software support, system maintenance, and equipment configuration were honed.
