Janelle Gostelow is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in customer engagement, loyalty programs, and strategic partnerships. As the Head of Loyalty and Partnerships at Viva Energy Australia since June 2016, Janelle has successfully launched key partnerships with major brands and significantly enhanced customer loyalty. Previous roles at Viva Energy included Marketing Manager for Customer Engagement and Partnerships, where Janelle led the implementation of a retail consumer CRM and achieved outstanding engagement rates and increased customer purchases. Janelle's prior experience includes senior marketing roles at EnerNOC, AGL Energy, ANZ, Texas Utilities (now Energy Australia), AXA Australia (now AMP), and National Australia Bank, demonstrating a strong background in various marketing and product strategy functions. Janelle holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from RMIT University.
