Sergiusz joined Vitruvian in 2023 as an Associate supporting the investment teams. Prior to joining Vitruvian, Sergiusz was a Senior Investment Analyst at MCI Capital. Sergiusz holds a MSc in Finance from Bocconi University and a BSc in Quantitative Methods in Economics from Warsaw School of Economics.
