John Fernando is a Research and Development Engineer at ViTrox Corporation Berhad, where responsibilities include managing, maintaining, and upgrading handler software code to meet customer requirements across three different machine models since September 2015. Previously, John served as a Trainee Engineer in Research and Development at Naturub Group of Companies from June 2012 to September 2013, focusing on designing, testing, and implementing control systems for production machines and providing training on electronics, sensors, and MCU programming. John holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology, completed in 2015, and received education at Gateway College in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka, from 2005 to 2009.
