Wayne's career also includes experience as a Project Engineer, focusing on business development in the food and pharmaceutical sectors, and as a Process Engineer at Cargill, emphasizing quality control. Earlier experience includes service as an Operation Specialist in the US Navy. Wayne Pugh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Georgia.
