Hubert Pardo is an experienced legal professional specializing in financial services documentation, currently serving as the Manager of Financial Services Documentation at Factor since April 2022. Pardo's expertise includes analyzing, drafting, and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, CSA, and related documents, as well as conducting due diligence and providing support throughout the negotiation process for a global investment bank. Prior to this role, Pardo held various positions at mBank S.A. (Commerzbank AG Group) as an In-house Lawyer focusing on derivatives and financial market law, and gained early experience as a lawyer at Prosper Joint Stock Company and Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. Pardo holds multiple postgraduate degrees from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw, along with a Master's Degree in Law from Ryszard Lazarski School of Trade and Law.
