Doug Ellin currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Vitesse PSP Limited, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this, Doug worked as a Senior Talent Development Consultant at Axpo Group from March 2023 to March 2024, where responsibilities included designing group-wide performance development tools. Doug's notable contributions at GoHenry, from April 2021 to January 2023, involved establishing the Learning and Development function and enhancing training interactions by 84%. Previous roles include Lead L&D at Reiss and a People Development Partner at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, where Doug focused on talent strategies in the US market. Doug also has experience in higher education as a Variable Hours Lecturer and culinary expertise as a Sous Chef. Education includes a Foundation Degree in Art & Design from South Gloucestershire and Stroud College and attendance at the University of the Arts from 2011 to 2014.
