Nousheh Khodadadians, BSN, RN, is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and management. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Admissions at VITAS Healthcare since May 2017, Nousheh has held multiple roles within the organization, including Director of Admissions, Nursing Team Manager, and Case Management Nurse. Previous experience includes working as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse at Adventist Health and as a Registered Nurse in the NICU at LAC+USC Medical Center. Additional nursing roles include Preop/Postop Nurse and Interim Director of Nursing at Valley Surgery Center, and Home Health Nurse at Shepherd Home Health Care, Inc. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Coast University and currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Leadership, Nousheh is dedicated to advancing healthcare quality and leadership.
