Shannon King currently serves as Technical Lead at Vitamin Angels, focusing on transforming lives through nutrition, while also holding the positions of Technical Officer and Implementation Science Manager at the Society for Implementation Science in Nutrition since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a National Evaluation Platforms Student Data Analyst at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and various nutrition research positions with organizations such as Sight and Life and Micronutrient Initiative. Shannon's academic credentials include a PhD in International Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, a Master’s in Human Nutrition from the same institution, and a Bachelor's in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph. Leadership experience includes serving as President of the College of Social and Applied Human Sciences Student Alliance at the University of Guelph and developing workshops through the Leadership Education & Development Program.
