Szymon Marszalek possesses extensive experience in the fields of pricing, underwriting, and product management, currently serving as the Director of Pricing and Underwriting, Director of R&D, and Head of Product and Pricing at Vitality since March 2017. Prior experience includes a managerial role as a Consulting Actuary at Deloitte UK from December 2010 to March 2017. Szymon holds dual Master of Business Administration degrees from London Business School and Columbia Business School, both earned in 2020, and a Master of Business Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Town. Additional qualifications include Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (FIA) and Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa (FASSA).
