Previously, Simon held the position of International Partnerships Director at Headspace, focusing on global mental healthcare solutions, and served as Senior Director of Customer Proposition at Aetna, where responsibilities included developing international health insurance offerings. Simon's background includes numerous roles at AXA PPP Healthcare, where a range of marketing and product development initiatives were implemented, as well as experience in product management and sales at Marcus Evans.
