Paul Webb is an experienced Learning & Development professional with a focus on sales and adviser development. Currently serving as a Learning & Development Consultant with Vitality since January 2022, Paul supports Distribution channels and franchises across the UK. Previously, Paul worked at Third Republic as a Learning & Performance Manager, where the implementation of a learning tech stack was a key achievement amidst the transition to remote work during COVID. At Gattaca, Paul progressed from Recruitment Sales Trainer to Lead Training Specialist, managing teams and developing various training programs, including leadership and sales coaching initiatives. Earlier experience includes recruitment roles at EMR and marketing positions at Bath Tourism Plus, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management from Bournemouth University.
