Currently serving as the Group Retention & Adviser Service Operations Director at Vitality since January 2016, Lara oversees the entire advisor journey, focusing on quotes, new business, servicing, and renewals. Previous roles include Director of Group Customer Retention and Head of Adviser Service, where Lara drove innovation in customer contact and efficiency. Lara's career also spans roles at The Training Room, British Gas, and Lloyds Banking Group, where responsibilities included operational management, customer complaints, and customer retention strategies. In addition to a robust business background, Lara has a unique experience as a Professional Tennis Umpire, officiating at prestigious events such as Wimbledon and the Olympics. Lara holds a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science from the University of Brighton.
