Job description

Core Responsibilities & Duties

  • Document, support, and execute all end user support activities to ensure stability, security and availability of organizational assets and internal services.
  • Attend to key functional activities, such as Asset Management, Workstation Patching, End user Licensed Applications and Level 1 end user support.
  • Participate in internal projects assigned by the IT Manager as and when required.
  • Update and maintain IT security and audit documents.
  • Work on a roster basis shift. (Day [ 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.] / Evening [ 4:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. ] / Night [12:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.]).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Networking or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year Industry experience in relevant field.
  • Familiarity with Remote Control Software such as Remote Desktop Connection or Putty.
  • Know-how on troubleshooting printers, scanners, and various other peripherals.
  • Some experience with troubleshooting and supporting mobile devices iPhone, iPad and Android.
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office suite including 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019.
  • Experience and knowledge in using Linux and Apple MAC is an advantage
  • Possess excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills which supports customer service.
