Mark Waypa is an experienced professional currently serving as the Account Manager for Donor Recruitment at Vitalant since November 2024. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources for North America at Radiall, Vice President of Human Resources for the West Area and Director of Human Resources for the West Area at PulteGroup, and several leadership positions in human resources at Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies, UOP LLC, and Union Carbide. Mark began the career as Store Operations Manager at Brooks Drug, Inc., managing retail pharmacies in Connecticut. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University and a Bachelor's degree with a dual major in Personnel/Industrial Relations and Managerial Law and Public Policy from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
