Brett M Baltutat currently serves as the Sr. Director - Grocery East at Vital Farms since May 2021, previously holding the position of Director of the South. Prior experience includes significant roles at The Kraft Heinz Company from June 2017 to May 2021, where Brett led multiple teams focused on sales strategy and partnerships with Kroger. Key responsibilities involved driving alternative revenue streams and managing the frozen business to meet consumption and profitability goals. Prior to Kraft Heinz, Brett worked at Kellogg Company for nearly a decade, starting as a Retail Sales Representative and advancing to various analytics and account executive roles, achieving notable sales growth and developing effective trade strategies. Brett holds an MBA in Value-Driven Organization from Central Michigan University and a BBA in Sales and Business Marketing from Western Michigan University.
