Frankki Waechter is currently employed at Vital Energy as a Sr. HR Applications Analyst and Supervisor, HR Business Partners. Prior to Vital Energy, Frankki held roles at Parsley Energy Alumni, BJ Services, Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, Kinder Morgan, Dixie Electric, LLC., and Waste Control Specialists LLC. Frankki holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy University and a Bachelor of Science in Health from Columbus State University.
