Olivia Amoussou Guenou is a professional with extensive experience in food science and quality control, currently serving as the NPD/R&D Lab Manager at Vitablend since March 2023, where the focus is on the application of antioxidants in food and animal feed to enhance quality and shelf life. Prior to this role, Olivia worked as a Laboratory Technician at AmTech Ingredients, Inc., analyzing various ingredients, and completed an internship in the microbiology department at Seneca Foods Corporation. Additionally, Olivia has held supervisory and direct support positions at The MENTOR Network and gained quality assurance experience at Hormel Foods, where auditing processes ensured product safety. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Technology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an Associate of Science from Riverland Community College.
