Head Of Consumer Engagement at Vita Green

Honkey So has a strong background in customer relationship management and consumer engagement. Honkey began their career at ACORN Market Research as a Research Executive in 2005. In 2006, they joined Manulife (International) Limited as an Assistant Officer in Customer Relationship Management and later became an Officer in the same department. Honkey then transitioned to roles in customer analytics and agency customer marketing within the company. In 2013, Honkey joined Samsung Electronics Hong Kong Company Limited as a CRM Manager and later became a Senior CRM Manager, overseeing projects such as LED signage management and CRM platform development. Honkey also managed the daily operations of the CRM platform and established strategic partnerships. In 2018, Honkey joined Vita Green Health Products Co., Ltd. as a Senior Manager of Customer Relationship Management and was promoted to Head of Consumer Engagement in 2020.

Honkey So attended City University of Hong Kong from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing. In terms of additional certifications, Honkey obtained the "Chartered Marketer" certification from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in May 2020 and again in February 2023. Honkey also became a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in January 2010 and obtained the "CIM Chartered Marketer MCIM Member" certification in March 2021.
