Bob McDonald has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Bob retired from KDP in 2019 and is currently working as the Director of Vita Coco Sales in the Caribbean & Central America. Prior to that, Bob held positions at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, 7UP Snapple Southeast, Southeast Atlantic Beverage, SEABEV, and the Department of Defense - Navy Exchange - NEXCOM. Throughout their career, Bob has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing key accounts and directing teams across various regions. Bob has also been involved in strategic planning, financials, sales, and contract management.

Bob McDonald attended the Navy DOD Senior Management Academy from 1987 to 1988. Bob did not earn a degree or study a specific field during this period. Later, they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Queensborough Community College of The City University of New York (CUNY).
