Victor de Oliveira Cosme has a diverse background in entrepreneurship and education. As a co-founder of Escola Incubadora, Meu CPTO, and ControlStop - Gestão Visual de Paradas de Manutenção since March 2024, September 2019, and April 2019 respectively, Victor has played a key role in developing innovative business models and strategies. At VisualCue, which has been active since April 2013, Victor serves as Director and focuses on creating sustainable partnerships and enhancing brand recognition. Additionally, Victor has served as a Líder Educador at QI Quality since September 1992, leading efforts to achieve excellence in school management. Earlier experience includes roles as Gerente de Sistemas at Promovel Empreendimentos e Serviços and Analista de Sistemas at BM&FBOVESPA. Victor's educational foundation includes studying at the Instituto de Matemática and Instituto de Física at USP from 1978 to 1983.
