Aleksandr Simonyan is a seasoned professional in the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence, currently serving as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Visual Concepts since January 2023, where advancements in the animation pipeline using Vision Transformers for pose estimation have been a key focus. Simonyan also holds the position of AI Advisor at Next Generation Technologies Inc. (NGT) since July 2023, contributing to the company's AI strategy and the development of its initial MVP. As a co-founder and CEO of Immensus from May 2020 to December 2022, Simonyan led the creation of an innovative AI-based boxing application that quickly gained a user base of over 10,000. Previous experience includes a Data Scientist role at Lucid Motors, where a computer vision system was developed, and a significant optimization of event processing at PicsArt.
