Robert Flohr has a diverse work experience in various companies. Robert is currently employed as an Application Engineer at Visual Components since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Rolls Royce Deutschland Ltd from July 2019 to June 2020 as a Masterand im Fachgebiet Robotik. Robert'sresponsibilities included working on the Industrie 4.0 project "Cockpit 4.0" and conducting a manufacturing capability review. Robert also worked as an employee in the Improvement Centre & Quality department at the same company from April 2019 to June 2019.

Before joining Rolls Royce, Robert worked as a Scientific Assistant at Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg from February 2017 to March 2019. Furthermore, in December 2018, they obtained the certification for "Bedienung und Programmierung Universal Robots" from pi4_robotics GmbH.
