Martin Adolfsson has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Martin started their career as a Business Developer at Citrus SRL / ConceptArt AB Milan in 2000. Martin then worked as a Product Developer at WinEasy in 2001. From 2002 to 2003, they were a Management Trainee at TeliaSonera. Martin Adolfsson then worked as a Product Manager International Roaming at TeliaSonera from 2004 to 2006. Martin later served as a Product Marketing Manager at TeliaSonera International Carrier from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they founded Skyflower Communications AB and served as the CEO until 2013. At Skyflower, they focused on providing mobile and smartphone solutions for Telia and 3. From 2008 to 2011, Martin Adolfsson worked at Telia as a Senior Sales Channel Developer and then as a Campaign Leader. In 2012, they joined Tele2 as a Global Innovation & Partner Manager, responsible for idea generation and development within the mobility area. In 2013, they moved back to Visual Art and served as the Head of Innovation until 2016. Currently, Martin Adolfsson holds the position of Head of Engineering at Visual Art since June 2016, where they are responsible for all software development.

Martin Adolfsson attended Linköping University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics.
