Bruce King has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bruce started their career in 2005 as a Hired Hand at Barry King Handy Man, where they gained experience in designing and constructing buildings. In 2013, they worked at ProBuild as a Yard Worker and Delivery Driver, responsible for pulling pick-lists and delivering materials to customers.

In 2014, Bruce worked as a Field Engineer Co-Op at TIC The Industrial Company, gaining experience in field engineering. Bruce then joined HENSEL PHELPS in 2015 as a Safety Engineer, where they worked until 2017. During their time there, they contributed to ensuring safety protocols and procedures were followed.

Bruce then served as a Safety Manager at Lunda Construction in 2017, before becoming a Safety Director at Visu-Sewer, Inc. later that same year. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing safety measures within the company.

Bruce King completed their education starting from 2006 to 2010 at Darlington High School, where they did not receive a degree or focus on a specific field of study. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2015, they pursued a degree in Building Construction Management and Building Construction Safety Management at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, with a field of study in Industrial Studies.

In addition to their education, Bruce King obtained several certifications. In 2016, they acquired the Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. In the same year, they also obtained the HAZWOPER certification from Compliance Solutions Occupational Trainers Inc. Furthermore, in 2018, they obtained the Associate Safety Professional (ASP) certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. Bruce'slatest certification, the Flagger Instructor Training (TCS) certification, was obtained in 2019 from the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA).
