Swapnil Tipnis is an experienced professional in administration and facilities management, currently serving as Associate Director and Head of Administration and Facilities at VISTRA since December 2024. Previously, Swapnil held various positions at BNP Paribas from May 2015 to December 2024, including Assistant Vice President of Administration and Assistant Manager. Swapnil's career in administration began at Cameo Health Care (India) Pvt. Ltd. as an Administrative Assistant and continued at Rhythm & Hues Animation Studio in a similar role. From April 2008 to May 2015, Swapnil was the Manager of Facilities at PRANA STUDIOS PVT. LTD. Swapnil holds an MSc in Mycology and Plant Pathology from the University of Mumbai and is currently pursuing further education at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
