Liz Figueroa, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Head of People for the Americas and Brazil at VISTRA, overseeing HR functions across multiple countries, including the United States and Canada. Previously held roles include Human Resources Director for the Americas at VISTRA, Sr. Manager of HR Compliance at Oportun, and HR Compliance Consultant at SurePodsā„¢, where leadership was provided for HR operations in manufacturing. Additional experience includes HR Manager at Skanska, HR Consultant at ADP and HR Compliance Solutions, and HR Compliance Manager at HD Supply. Liz began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Coordinator for Orange County Public Schools and holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University.
