Sam Douglas has a strong background in finance and accounting. Sam has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Sam started as an Audit Associate at KPMG US in 2010 and eventually became a Senior Audit Associate, where they reviewed and tested financial statements for both public and private clients. In 2013, Sam joined EnLink Midstream as a Senior Accountant, where they were responsible for significant assistance in filing SEC compliance documents and consolidating corporate entities. Sam later moved to Vistra Corp. in 2023, where they currently hold the position of Director of Finance. From 2020 to 2023, they worked as a Research Analyst at Mara River Capital Management LLC. Overall, Sam has gained extensive experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.

Sam Douglas received a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Southern Methodist University in 2009. Sam also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business in the same year. In 2010, they completed a Master's degree in Accounting from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business. Sam is also a Certified Public Accountant, awarded by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in 2010.
