Michelle Bautista is an experienced professional currently serving as an Analytics Associate at Vistar Media since October 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle completed a Data Analytics Internship at Understood.org, where data was analyzed using SQL and Snowflake while leading stakeholder meetings and writing a comprehensive user and functional requirements document for a Looker Dashboard. As the Founder of the Hispanic Association of Computing College Students, Michelle united Hispanic and Latine computing students at NJIT, organizing numerous workshops and networking events. Additional experience includes participation as a Fellow at BASTA, various internships at Prudential Financial focusing on software development, and instructional roles at iD Tech Camps. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Web & Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
